After hitting a pinnacle with Taphony and the Time Loop there was really only one direction K9 could go. And hoo boy did it go there.

Robot Gladiators

Ok folks, say it along with me:  Inspector Thorne is up to something nefarious. Specifically, he clandestinely sponsors the titular Robot Gladiators in order to set up a trap in which K9 can be destroyed so that Thorne can access K9's regeneration unit. You will be shocked to learn that Thorne fails. Also: there are robot clowns.

I swear I am not making this up. K9 might be evil (but isn't) because something has come through the space time portal while Thorne is up to something nefarious. Also: it's a god damned clip show. Doctor Who managed to go nearly 47 years without stooping to the level of a clip show, but here we are. I spent a solid twenty six minutes on the treadmill just saying, "Are you fucking kidding me?!?!" over and over again.

Two more days and I am done with this bullshit.
