Just a short update today, because I have to get ready for a show rehearsal. But I did watch me some Blake's 7 on the Time Treadmill this morning, so let's get this done.

Here in the US it is Memorial Day today, so I would like to start off by taking a moment to honor the soldiers who have paid the ultimate price. I myself wore the uniform back in the late 80's, and through nothing more than pure luck I was never asked to serve in combat. I separated from the Army the same month that Iraq invaded Kuwait, and my unit went. I know that some of the men and women that I trained with at Fort Dix, Fort Eustice, and and in the 92nd Transportation Company ultimately served in the Iraq War, and I am equally certain that some of them never came home. I don't like to talk about politics here, and I am not about to start today. I will simply say that I did, in fact, take some time today to remember and honor those who have served. 

But anyway, moving on to Blake's 7 and working out...

It's been four days since I last posted, but on three of those days I did work out and watch Blake's 7. So let's get caught up.

Whenever I am feeling down, at least I can console myself that I will probably never die by being crushed and suffocated by airtight expanding foam during a deep space hull breach event. So at least I've got that going for me.

It's a new day here at the Time Treadmill Command Center. Having exhausted the entirety of officially broadcast Doctor Who stories, I have moved on to other similar programs of the same era. Ok, fine, that era spans more than fifty five years, but still..  For decades I have heard about Blake's 7 but have never watched it. This morning, that all changed.
